Anyways, everything is going great! Here are some pictures to recap on the things that we've done so far.....
We got the bridesmaids gowns ordered and picked up. My wonderful ladies have been so patient and great sports about trying on dresses and finding shoes :)
This is what my bridesmaids are going to wear....you can tell that my sister is super excited about the sleeves ;)
Here is what my maid of honor (Robin) will be wearing. Trust me, it looks really flattering on her when she tries it on! **I'm sorry for the sleeves Robin!
Dan and Judy were kind enough to come up to Hillsboro and take me and Chris's engagement pictures for the invitations (thanks guys! you are the best). Here are a couple of the photos that went into the "reject" pile:
Here, me and Chris are caught in a candid moment: he was reinacting my reaction of when he presented me with the ring after the proposal....
Of course, this is completely exaggerated, but the area where we are taking this picture is where Chris proposed!

So if you notice in these last couple of pictures, you can see that Chris likes to stretch out his neck as far as he can while taking the picture....it was pretty funny. About half our pictures consists of Chris's ostrich pose. He was a good sport about it. We chose the pictures that showed less neck flesh for our invites (fortunately).
As we continue on our wedding planning journey, I am so thankful for all the help that family and friends have extended to us. Without all of them, I would've probably would've taken the parents and eloped in Hawaii :) - good thing that didn't happen..... :)
